SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Method: All orders are delivered via hyper-local channels such as Dunzo, Porter, etc.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM.

Service Area: Delivery is available across Mumbai-MMR.

Delivery Charges: Applicable and vary depending on the delivery pin code.

Damages During Transit: No returns or refunds for product damages during transit. We ensure to share images of the product and its condition with the customer prior to dispatch for transparency.

Seasonal Recommendations: During summer and monsoon seasons, we recommend customers opt for pickup or arrange delivery through Ola/Uber to ensure the safety and security of the product.

Unreachable Customers on Delivery: If a customer is not reachable or does not respond when the delivery partner arrives, resulting in the product being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the initial and return delivery charges. Should the customer request redelivery, they must cover both the previous double delivery charges and the new delivery fee from our location to theirs.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

General Policy

• Once an order is placed and payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled.

• If a customer receives a product different from the one ordered, we will provide a 100% refund and deliver the correct product without any additional cost.

• If we fail to share an image of the product prior to delivery, and the customer receives a damaged product, they are eligible to claim a refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage:

• For damages ranging from 10–20%, a partial refund will be issued as compensation for the inconvenience.

• If the product is completely damaged, a refund of up to 100% will be provided.

Products on Sale

• No returns or refunds are available for products purchased on sale, as these items are offered at minimal margins.
