General Policy
• Once an order is placed and payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled.
• If a customer receives a product different from the one ordered, we will provide a 100% refund and deliver the correct product without any additional cost.
• If we fail to share an image of the product prior to delivery, and the customer receives a damaged product, they are eligible to claim a refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage:
• For damages ranging from 10–20%, a partial refund will be issued as compensation for the inconvenience.
• If the product is completely damaged, a refund of up to 100% will be provided.
Products on Sale
• No returns or refunds are available for products purchased on sale, as these items are offered at minimal margins.
